A Brooklyn-based filmmaker and artist, Wilkins is a graduate of the Cooper Union School of Art. Past movies include the experimental documentary Public Hearing (2012) and the short Special Features (2014), which won the 2015 Ann Arbor Film Festival Founder ’s Spirit Award and a 25 FPS Festival Grand Prix.
