Daniel Jacoby graduated in Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona before studying at the Städelschule, Frankfurt. Recent exhibitions venues include Fundació Joan Miró, CRAC Alsace and EYE Film Institute. His films have been screened at festivals including 25 FPS, BIM, MIEFF, and Go Short, with Jagata winning the 2016 Lima Independiente International Film Festival National Competition.
