Albert Samreth is an American artist with Sino-Khmer and Indigenous-Khmer heritage. His practice often combines writing, sculpture, photography, filmmaking and painting. They come together in installations that often conflate personal narratives with broader mythologies. He has exhibited his work in museums and galleries in Phnom Penh (Cambodia), Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul, Paris, Moscow and Los Angeles.
