Diane Severin Nguyen, born 1990, Carson, California is an artist working primarily with photography and video. She graduated with a BA from Virginia Commonwealth University (2013), and received an MFA from Bard College in 2019. Recent solo and two-person exhibitions include Reoc-curring Afterlife (Empty Gallery, Hong Kong), Dead Slow (Exo Exo, Paris), Minor twin worlds (Bureau, New York), and Flesh Before Body (Bad Reputation, Los Angeles). Her recent video work, Tyrant Star screened at the 57th New York Film Festival and Rotterdam International Film Festival (forthcoming).
