With collage techniques making use of wide-ranging expressive media and
various ready-made goods, KANEUJI Teppei transforms and overturns
conventional values and established information and images of contemporary
society. For Yebisu International Festival for Art and Alternative Visions 2017,
Kaneuji interprets the festival theme “Multiple Future” in his own way and
undertakes his first large-scale outdoor work, White Discharge (Public Garden)
as an off-site exhibition, in conjunction with which he shows related three-dimensional artwork in the indoor space.
