A documentary film following Abe Hiromi, who appeared as a radio personality on Iwate’s Rikuzentakata Saigai FM for three and a half years. What was once there and is now gone, the air people have looked up into regardless of era, the yet-unseen town set for construction after completion of land elevation work, the lives to be built there. Through Abe’s conscientious work and the video imagery capturing it closely, these sights that ought not be visible to the eye come to form viewers’ own images in their imaginations.
