Born in 1959. Graduated from Tokyo Metropolitan Ota School for the Deaf, where he began using an 8mm camera while still a student. Director and cameraman of the “Me de kiku TV” [TV Listening with the Eyes] by NPO Broadcasting and Communications Organization for Persons with Disabilities. Executive committee member and jury chairman of the Sagano Film Festival.
