Born in 1968, the chief curator of NTT InterCommunication Center [ICC], art and music critic. He has been involved with ICC since its opening in 1996, and involved in many exhibitions since the “Sound Art—Sound as Media” in 2000. He has organized many solo exhibitions of artists such as Dumb Type, Hachiya Kazuhiko, and Rhizomatiks.
