Born in Tokyo 1921 and died 2001. Graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Niihama Engineering School (currently Faculty of Engineering, Ehime University) in 1941. In addition to his wide-ranging activities, including documentation of the Jikken Kobo (Experimental Workshop), aerial and architectural photography, writings on large cameras and airplanes, and educational activities, he continued to work energetically on the theme of “Entropy: Experiments with Disorder in Modelling.”
