These are systematic collections of computer graphics from various fields and genres, created around the world between 1989 and 1992. The 143 items in the “Computer Graphics Anthology” offer a comprehensive overview of major works from ten different countries, covering such diverse fields as early flight simulation, architecture, medicine, urban planning, hydrodynamics, industrial design, space development, advertising and art. “Computer Graphics Access 89-92” collects works from various fields such as industry, broadcasting, art, advertising, science and technology, which have been popular since the 1990s. Introduced via laser discs, in itself a technology from back in the day (through looped playback of one disc each day), are works that represent the origins of computer graphics – something that is perfectly commonplace today.
