Based on the understanding of technology as “accumulated knowledge,” the “Mediate Plants” exhibition explores the function of plants as “sensitive media,” through the compatibility and interdependence of plants in terms of relations and communications. Juxtaposing digital media, gardens, and medical herbs made based on traditional recipes in South America, this exhibition focuses on a field that is defined by the technology of botanic language.
