This is Eduardo Williams’ second feature film, following The Human Surge (2016). In this film, the everyday lives and conversations of a group of young people crossing three different continents—Peru, Taiwan, and Sri Lanka—are shown through the lens of a 360-degree camera. The film depicts people facing the question of what to do with their time while spending time together and trying to escape their depressing jobs. As they advance into an ominous and mysterious future while touring landscapes that are being lost amidst globalization, they seem to suggest the possibility of a world slightly different from reality.
