Animation and manga artist. Born in Kasukabe City, Saitama Prefecture in 1988 and based in Fujimi-cho, Nagano Prefecture.

The works he creates are pop, deep and bizarre. He continues to make works with motifs that got caught with his insatiable haptics from cultural anthropology, folklore to sub-culture. His full-color comics FANTASTIC WORLD①・② are available from Leed Co. Hirano has participated in a number of animation film festivals in Japan and abroad as an animation artist. He has made animation for NHK program “Minna no Uta,” and participated in Theater Group Lolo’s performance “Hanare banare tachi” as an actor. Recently he is taking knitting classes.
